Very understanding. They are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to talk to u and listen to what u want and ur concerns. First time going to a dentist that my teeth didnt hurt after leaving . I would definitely give them a 10/10

Always prompt and friendly, everyone is always smiling and relaxed, which surely helps anxious. Fabulous dental work every time! And Sarah is a wonder woman in dealing with the Veterans Administration and other insurance issues. Thank you Kingston Dental!

Tom takes the time to check medical history, ask about any dental issues and the does a thorough cleaning and consult with dentist. Great personality and makes you feel at ease. Not rushing you like other offices do.

Best dental experience ever. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10+ years because I've always HATED the experience. Everyone at KDA is SO nice. My hygienist, Sue, was incredible. She made me feel extremely at home and calm. I'm on several anxiety medications so take it from me, this is the place to go!

My consultation at Kingston Dental Associates was a crucial moment to plan two dental implants I am in need of. I was very nervous to think of the implant procedure. the screw in posts seem scary and intimidating, but the supportive team in the office guided me through a thorough exploration of options. I had imaging done and review of how precisely they would be able to plan and handle both. I met with their Oral surgeon to plan this but the Principal dentists/and founders both attended to help me feel cared for. I am planning to have the work done and feel secure and positive about the decision !

As a very anxious dental patient, I was incredibly nervous about visiting Dr. Grossman for the first time, but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is incredible and highly professional. Lisa is an absolute rockstar—she took the time to explain every detail of some complicated insurance issues, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Laurie is like a magical fairy; she works so seamlessly with Dr. Grossman that the entire appointment felt swift, painless, and remarkably calm. If you struggle with dental anxiety, this is the place to go. I'm so grateful for the care and patience they showed me!

Such a fantastic place! The reptionists are super friendly and easy to talk to. Thomas did a fantastic job on cleaning my teeth not heavy handed at all! Dr. Matthew Grossman is friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely would recommend this place !

Loved my experience; first time here and I must say the visit was a 10 out of 10. They took care of my dental needs immediately, they did not care if I was a new patient. Everyone from the front desk, technicians Dr. Kumar, Dr. Matthew’s, his assistant and checkout were all amazing. I definitely recommend and can’t say enough. Office is clean, super cute with a nice welcoming feel. All in all I had a great time and a great experience. Thank you !

I am a new patient and like most people, don’t love going to the dentist. But my experience with Kingston Dental Associates has been excellent. The staff at the front desk are friendly, efficient, and communicative. They said the next appt would be a couple months out, but they would probably have cancellations and could get me in sooner. That’s exactly what happened. Got my exam and a couple fillings done within two weeks. The dental hygienists and doctors were all great. Can’t really say I *enjoy* getting a filling, but it was as good an experience as can be expected. Glad I found this dentist office!

Everyone was courteous and professional. I felt no anxiety. I felt confident that I was going to receive great care. Everyone was smiling and very attentive to my needs. Some of the staff even had a good sense of humor, which is very important to me. it was a really nice experience. Thank you.
